Shopping In-store: Mention your HUSTLERHollywood.com email at checkout and our store associates can help you pull up your account to make sure you are earning points on your visit as well as redeeming eligible rewards.

How long does it take for points to be reflected in my account?
They should be ready within 1-3 business days.
Will I get a discount today?
New Email subscribers/accounts will receive a welcome offer within 5-10 minutes of sign up (for new email subscribers only).
Will I receive a lot of junk emails?
Make sure to update your preferences to let us know how often you’d like to hear from us, but we send ongoing communication about sales, new product launches, virtual and in-store events, and more!
Can I use the points online?
Points can be redeemed on HUSTLERHollywood.com by clicking "Redeem" in your Account Dashboard. Or redeem in-store by providing the store employee with the email or phone number attached to your rewards account.
Will the points expire?
Points expire if not used within 365 days.
Is it a credit card?
No. HUSTLER Hollywood Pleasure Rewards are accumulated for sale and non-sale related actions, but can be redeemed for gift cards to be used at HUTLERHollywood.com or at HUSTLER Hollywood retail locations.
What if I don’t want to give my email?
While you do not need to opt in to receive marketing messages in order to be a part of the rewards program, we will need a valid email or phone number used to identify your account. Note: if you are not opted in to receive marketing messages, you will not receive your birthday discount.
Why didn’t I receive my birthday discount?
Birthday discounts are distributed via email 30 days prior to your birthday. If you did not receive then you are either opted out of email communication or you have not entered your birthday in the dashboard.
How do I earn points?
Pleasure Rewards points can be earned through various actions online, in-store, on the app and on social media or are earned at a rate of 1 point per every $1 spent.
Can I redeem points in the HUSTLER Hollywood App?
To redeem your rewards in the app, first log into your account on HUSTLERHollywood.com and click “redeem” if you have enough available points. You can then use the rewards promo code in the app during checkout same as you do on our website.
